A -The size of the marquee depends on the number of guests you are expecting and whether your event includes a seated dinner or is more of a standing, cocktail style. Long tables use slightly less space than round tables. We will recommend the size once we know your approximate numbers. Our marquees have no centre poles so your space is totally clear.
A -All temporary structures including marquees that are over 100sqm require a building consent. The cost is approximately $400 incl gst. We will complete all the paperwork and make the application on your behalf at no extra cost to you.
A -If you are planning a summer wedding we recommend you book as soon as you have decided on a date, 8 - 12 months in advance is a good guideline. Once you have paid your deposit your booking is locked in.
A -Our hire period is usually 4 days. We generally erect marquees two days out from the event to give you time to decorate, then dismantle 2 days after depending on weather and venue requirements.
